Please note that occasionally if a booking is completed, shortly after the same date has been booked by on one of our agents sites. We will have to provide you with a full refund. In such circumstances we aim to issue the full refund within a maximum of 48 hours and offer you alternative dates. We can not accept any liability for any inconvenience or losses that you may incur from a cancelled booking. So we would advise not to book any associated costs until you have you have received a written confirmation of your booking via email.
