About Us
Our property is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the island, and 5 minutes’ drive from the delightful Puerto Seco Beach, one of the premier beach clubs in the island.
All room are modern and individually decorated to reflect the personalities of the owners. Our grounds have wonderful plants, including various fruit trees and vegetables – which means at the right time of the year you pick your own breakfast / dinner.
The villa is situated in a quiet well lit residential area that is around a 12 minutes walk from the closest beach, situated on a hill overlooking the sea and Discovery Bay. For your additional comfort there are 24 hour surveillance cameras throughout the perimeter of the property and secure parking for around 10 cars.
There is a pool that can be hired exclusively for private parties and events as well as a well stocked bar which contains many premium international spirits and wines – including Jamaica’s infamous Red Stripe beer available both on tap as well as by the bottle.
Breakfast can be arranged by request – however we do require at least 24 hours notice for breakfast requests. Alternatively a private chef can be made available for the entirety of your stay at an additional cost . There is a fully equipped kitchen on the property for the use of our guests. In addition, laundry facilities are available at a small fee..
Discovery Bay is the ideal location to use a base to discover the North Coast of Jamaica, situated roughly halfway between the major tourist hubs of Montego Bay and Ochio Rios. With Kingston and Negril around a hour and a half drive away.
We can introduce you to discounted JA-Lux experiences, including – Fishing, Mini-cruise, Snorkelling, Diving, Spa treatment and Jamaica’s leading tourist attractions.
All rooms have private bathroom/showers, air conditioning and Free WIFI.
The owners of the Villa, were both born in Jamaica but spent plenty of years working and building families in England. They will happily provide you with guides and tips for Jamaica and where possible will go the extra mile to ensure that your stay at the Cool Breeze villa is both relaxing and unique.

My name is Paula. I have a lovely property in Jamaica. I lived in England for over 45 years, i am a mother and grandmother. My wish has always been to to return and live in this beautiful country of my birth, I am a fun loving laid back kind of person who enjoys travelling and meeting new people.I also enjoy reading, playing badminton, going to the gym and cooking. My husband Eric, loves to entertain, meeting new people and mixing the best cocktails ever! Whilst living in England we hosted foreign students in our home for over 20 years. We both absolutely love meeting people from all over the world and learning about their different cultures, religion, and food.
Come and enjoy the experience of Jamaica. We love to make our guest feel welcome and relax. I love this Island and will take every opportunity to show it off to our guest. By the time they leave they will love Jamaica as much as I do. We are always happy to recommend place of interest and sometimes places off the beaten track. We are happy to drive you to these destinations for a small fee. Our rooms are bright and airy with a great feeling of space and luxury. All rooms have their own television and air conditioning. You can relax and enjoy yourselves around our lovely outdoor pool in a very relaxed atmosphere, or you can chill by the bar where you can purchase drinks and watch Television such as live football or programmers of your choice. If you are into games we are happy to provide board games, dominoes (a favorite game in Jamaica) Ludo and cards. We love to take our guest to the local bars where they can have a drink. You can also visit the local markets where you can sometime purchase locally produce good and converse with the local people. Our Villa is half hour drive away from Ocho Rios and Dunns River falls. There is also a lot of other local attraction nearby.
